Kevin Dunn began his career with American Airlines in 1990, working the gamut of customer service positions and, eventually, serving as Special Assignment Manager-on-Duty in Orange County, CA.

He earned a B.A. in Communications from Pepperdine University, and a Business Writing Certificate and M.A. in Business Communications from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. He is currently working toward his M.B.A.

Dunn has served Hakins since 1999 as an on-site Travel Director, Transportation Coordinator, and currently as the corporate Director of Marketing & Creative Services.
